Business Connection Groups (BCGs) & Wake Up Your Business
The Chamber has three Business Connection Groups and a Young Professionals Group. Group members exchange referrals, leads and opportunities as well as create new business relationships. Groups consist of regional businesses with no more than one member from any given industry in each group.
The Chamber also offers a Wake Up Your Business networking group, which meets on the 2nd Friday each month from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Raymour & Flanigan, 410 Reidville Drive in Waterbury. Wake Up Your Businesses are open to both business owners and representatives, as well as potential new members who would like to learn more about the benefits of a Chamber membership. Wake Up Your Business gives individuals an opportunity to make new connections, grow their business, and create more visibility. During the event, participants will be given an opportunity to introduce themselves and their business. The meetings are held on the 1st Friday of every month in Watertown, the 2nd Friday of every month in Waterbury, the 3rd Friday of every month in Southbury, and the 4th Friday of every month in Naugatuck.
